Fynbos Ghost Pepper Paste takes the notorious ghost pepper and turns it into a thick, spoonable paste. Where a sauce splashes on at the table, a paste is made to cook with, melting into a dish to spread fierce, even heat all the way through.

Built to stir into your cooking

Stir a small amount into curries, stews, marinades, stir fries or braai bastes. Because it is concentrated, a little goes a very long way, so start with the tip of a teaspoon and build from there until the heat suits you.

What is the difference between the paste and the sauce?

The paste is thicker and more concentrated, made to cook into a dish so the heat spreads through it. The sauce is thinner and splashed on at the table. Both use real ghost pepper.

How much should I use?

Very little. Start with the tip of a teaspoon stirred into a curry or stew, taste, then add more if you want. It is extremely hot.
